Release Engineer - Los Angeles, CA

South Bay based E-Commerce company has an immediate need for a Release Engineer. This individual will largely be responsible for managing code builds and supervising day-to-day code integration activities for a team of 15+ developers and spanning 30 websites.



What you will need?

- 3+ years of Visual SourceSafe and/or TFS 2008/2010

- Experience working with and administration of IIS web servers

- Familiarity with continuous build and integration

- 2+ years of SQL experience

- Experience with software development life-cycles

- Internet / E-Commerce application development experience is highly desirable

- Hands-on knowledge of HTML and XML


What you will be doing?

- Coordinate release activities

- Manage multiple concurrent releases through a test environment

- Trace complex build problems

- Develop, maintain, and enhance key parts of release procedures and processes
