What you need:

- 3+ years of HTML, DHTML, CSS, DOM, AND JAVASCRIPT

- Extensive UI / Front-end development with large Ajax javascript frameworks

- Ability to create HTML pages from design mockup files

- Experience working in a JAVA/JSP environment is highly desired.

- Experience with High Traffic websites
