The company’s suite of products have been sold nationally for over 15 years and have had a reputation for success and growth. Today their products are being used by financial, transportation, retail, government, and manufacturing companies.

What you will need?

- 10+ years of management

- A strong software development background using J2EE technologies

- Strong leadership experience

- Experience working with products in the operations management space, data center management, or performance monitoring is highly desirable

What you will be doing?

- Hire/Fire

- Resource allocation and Budgets

- Managing 6 Full-Time employees and 3 contractors

- Day to day management of the company’s product development

- Develop project plans; coordinate projects; complete projects on time and budget and manage project team activities

- Involved in J2EE Architecture

- Code Reviews
