Director of Reporting - Finance - Beverly Hills, CA

Largest privately held Record Label in the Los Angeles area has an immediate need for a Director of Reporting. This individual will be responsible for the organization's financial reporting systems, including accounting, OLAP, purchasing, royalties, and data warehouse.

Requirements:
- A BS or BA ( Finance or accounting is highly preferred)
- Familiarity with design and functionality of financial accounting databases
- Finance and financial principals
- Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports ( Version 10.0 and up)
- Strong background with ERP systems
- Experience working in a Windows environment
- Strong SQL Database background
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality material in a timely manner

Functions:
- Managing a small team of reporting analysts
- Assist with maintaining accounting system chart of accounts and other data elements within the organization
- Work with Data input teams and IT
- Developing and maintaining capital budget for financial reporting
- Develop written policies over reporting systems operations
