Reston based Leading Back-UP Recovery company is seeking a C++ Lead Engineer to join their growing team.


All candidates MUST be LOCAL and either a US Citizen or Green-Card Holder.



What you will need?

- 10+ years of commercial software development using C++

- 2-5 years of experience with C#

- 5+ years of leadership experience

- STIL and ATL skills is a MUST

- SQL server experience



What you will be doing?

- Design and development of highly innovative systems

- Participate in design sessions

- Code Reviews

- Manage a team of developers
