Senior Java / J2EE Architect - Developer - Fairfax, VA

Fairfax based software product company has an immediate opening for a Java Software Architect / Developer.  The company specializes in performance management and capacity planning. 

All candidates MUST be local and either a US Citizen or a Green-card Holder.
- No Corp-to-Corp arrangements.

What you will need?
- 5+ years of J2EE Development experience
- Experience with EJB, JSP,  and RDMBS
 - Database experience - Oracle, MYSQL, MS SQL
- Experience working with Hibernate
- Experience with performance management and capacity planning is highly desirable

- Leading a team of Developer
