VP of Engineering / Development Manager

Woodland Hills based Software Product company has an immediate need for a VP of Development.  The company is currently building a new team that will need a seasoned VP to not only manage all operations but also be largely hands-on until he/she builds her own team from scratch!!!

What you will need?

- 5+ years of management/ leadership experience

- Strong understanding of technical, financial, sales, and marketing as related to product design and development

- Strong business acumen

- Hands on experience with PHP5, Ajax, and MYSQL

- Minimum 5+ years of PHP development experience

- Recent experience with ZEND framework is highly desirable

- Working knowledge of Version control systems

- Strong understanding of SOAP/REST/XML

What you will be doing?

- Running the SHOW!

- Developing strategic planning and maintain direct control of product development

- Forecast, plan, research, and select new technologies

- Work in a highly fast paced environment

- Programming in PHP, AJAX, and MYSQL
