What you need:

- 3+ years of asp.net

- Vb.net or C#

- Strong sql 2k5 (we are currently using 2k8)

- Silverlight exposure ( at least 1 project)
What you will be doing:

- You will be involved in architecture, design, and coding

- 3- tier development

- Extensive database development

- Working a team of highly intelligent programmers
